You open yourself to more real estate networking events if you are willing to come into nyc. There is at least 1 networking event every week.

Sound great man, if you could private message me some details about these events that would be amazing!

We also run a free meetup every month in Westbury, NY if you're interested as well. We don't do coaching or sell anything, just looking for a way to network with people outside of the different REIA's. But if you want to get together outside of the meetup also down to do that as well.

Sounds good man, I'll private message you now!

Looking to network with investors or any real estate driven individuals. Anyone in our current market willing to talk via message or even meet up?

According to my mortgage lender it is. He told me they just have to have their licenses and insurance as a GC in order to be able to work with me on the project.

I’ve been told by my mortgage lender there is no such thing as a 203k contractor, they just have to have their licenses and insurance for the work.

Looking for a licensed general contractor in the Nassau and Suffolk County (New York) for a 203k renovation. Any good recommendations?

Thanks @Michael Ward, that sounds like a solution. Which bank did you use that does this loan you speak of. Also, what is the loan you speak of called?
