Does anybody have a copy of a clear easy assignment document that they like to use? If so can you email me a copy of it that would be awesome I've been trying to find one and I havent seen anything that is simple and clean.

I'm wholesaling as of now in North Carolina (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point mostly) and I am looking to start wholetailing.
