Hey @Alex Deacon, thanks for the reply. Ive began looking to meet people and hope to find more relationships here on bigger pockets. I know i have the work ethic just looking to be steered in the right directions. Right now im starting to educate myself through podcast, audiobooks, and youtube videos. I've soaked up good information and want to start applying but don't really know what niche to get started in. im interested in wholesaling and becoming an agent, so i would like to talk people who are doing these things already and seeing which would be the better path for me. 

Hello my name is christian palacios and i have recently decided to pursue real estate investing. I am 22 years old and have been jumping from job to job the past couple of years not finding anything to my liking. i'm still trying to figure things out for myself but i know i want to be financially free by the age of 30 and i want to work for myself. I have began doing some research on the world of real estate investing and i can say i am intrigued. i come here today to get some feedback on starter tips and hopefully to meet some people in my area to make connections with. any and every type of feedback would be great, thank you.
