Im looking into a few deals currently 6 and 9plexes - so if I get the green light on them and go for it, I'll let you all know.

Yes Ski Resorts would do very well in the winter months - and worth looking into in other smaller resort areas. My flips are timed to be rent ready in winter months then sell on when resorts close.. these rentals almost pay for the entire yrs mortgage in those 4months but the issue is in the quiet summer months, although these towns with fantastic GOLD standard trails are starting to pick up for the summer months, the REAL catch for me is Ski Resort prices - and lack of multifamily around here..

Long time listener to the podcasts, first time asking - I've $130k to invest. I've flipped homes for 4 yrs. I manage private and rental properties as my full time job. I'm looking at investing into multifamily properties. I would like to produce $3k per month net passive income, with my $130k as my down payment. I guess I'm looking at anything or multiple units up to - $600k range, depending on down payment required..!

My question is - Is it possible to produce $3k with $130k in multifamily ?

Long time listener to the podcasts, first time asking - I've $130k cash to invest.. I've flipped homes for 4 yrs now and manage private and rental properties as my full time job. I'm looking at investing out of state and at multifamily properties.. I would like to produce $2-3k per month net passive income, with my $130k as my 30% down payment, so I'm looking at anything or multiple units up to - $600k, depending on my down payment..

Is it possible.?
