Hey there,

I am looking to start acquiring rental properties in Indianapolis and wanted some feedback on where I should/shouldn't be looking and any other advice that might be useful. Also looking to connect with local RE Agents, property managers, lenders, etc. I am looking at single family homes that I can get for around 80K, rehab and then rent out. I am just starting out so my goal is long term wealth building through appreciation and cash flow. ROI is important but I also want to avoid unnecessary headaches so looking for at least a B-/C+ area. The 46218 zip code, specifically Martindale-Brightwood and then Near Southeast were a couple places that caught my eye as more affordable with good cash flow opportunity while still being B- neighborhoods. Looking for others opinions on these places or other areas that match this criteria. Thanks!
