I still have my full time W-2 income so that’s not really an issue. I plan on keeping it as well. I’m looking for the next step I can take to build my real estate portfolio. 

Hi everyone! I own my single family residence but just sold my business and am looking to purchase an investment property. My goal is monthly cash flow. Cash I would have to commit to this is around 20k. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’ve been trying to think of ways I could purchase a property to rent out. Thanks!

Hi! I am currently reading Lonnie Scruggs book, Making Money With Mobile Homes. I know it’s a little outdated, but I wanted to talk to someone who has implemented his strategies in the Northern California area or just in the California area in general. I understand there are some hoops you need to jump through and some red tape to cut through, I wanted to see how I can best prepare myself for this type of business in California.
