Wow! Definitely do I contact you through bigger pockets, or is there a way to contact you directly? I have a few deals that I think are worth looking into investing. As well now that I've gotten feedback I'm going to look more into getting an FHA to get a multiunit thank you!

Hey! I didn't think anyone would respond.. but I'm down in the suburbs of Mundelein, almost 45 minutes away from Chicago. I've been looking into wholesale, as well looking into buying and renting out homes to tenants. I'm fairly new with my credit, so I'm wondering if FHA is a good idea. As well if getting a multifamily residences is a good way of getting get started.
