As most of us probably are, I am always looking for ways to grow and get better. I’m mainly posting this to seek and connect with anybody who can give me a little advice, knowledge, tips or something that you wish you knew starting out, or something that could benefit a younger investor/person with not a whole lot of experience.

A little background about myself, I'm a 23 year old man born and raised in the Houston, TX area. I'm currently employed full-time as well as having an LLC with 2 other guys around my age. In our current stage we are saving up money in an account, reading books, practicing and getting our reps in, grinding trying to build a foundation, with the hopes of closing our first deal by fall of this year and just to keep the momentum going after that.

Again, anything constructive or that you feel might help someone in my shoes would be greatly appreciated!
