Hi, my name is Christian Lyday. I am new & have been sucked into the greatness that is BP. I'm looking to connect with REI in my area. Is anyone aware of a current REI meet up in DFW or some good POC's as I start my journey?

I am looking to start my investment journey with a buy & hold SFR as a traditional rental property within a 60 mile radius of my home (a.k.a Rockwall, TX). Have enough capital (70K) to finance the deal against my current DTI (<20%). Looking for guidance through the process & to start making relationships locally. Also, open to creative financing options & education.
