Sounds to me like the seller(wife) has somebody else that's interested in buying this house , but wants to buy it without renters. That's why she's wants you to move out in 60 days. I know you want to save the realtor fees, but in this case an experienced realtor can shed some light on it. Good luck to you🍀

 I don't know if that's allowed in his State. It is not in Oklahoma

So my tenants want to divorce and each spouse wants to keep the house and wants the other one to go.  I'm fine with either one of them and don't want to pick sides. What do I do in this case?  Would the judge rule in this matter?
