@Jonathan Cox I still have just the one. In the process of expanding on that now. If you're not in the same location you can use your VA again all the way to the limit. The CAP is at 453K.

I got started by getting a home via VA loan. Moved and got it rented. Pretty easy because I didn't have the entire process shoved in my face all at the same time. Its worked out well. @Jonathan Cox

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find a way to fund a deal at 70K. The wholesaler wants cash (and rightfully so) but there's a gap between my capital and the lowest amount hard money lenders want to lend. The answer is private money and I've exhausted my options there. Anyone out there have a possible solution to this problem? Thank you in advance.

We're pretty much in the same spot. I was in the Navy for 5 and I got out just about a year ago. I'd encourage you to go to a TRIG meeting. They have meetings every third Tuesday of the month I believe. I listed the link below.

I’m tracking, I don’t want to live in Quantico. I want to live within thirty to forty minutes of the base. I haven’t seen any duplex properties in the area. However, I’m optimistic that there are homes with in-law suites that can be rented.
