Hello everyone I’ve been doing wholesale real estate and I recently came across note flipping. I’m coming up with my list of states that I will target and I am stuck! There isn’t much information online about this niche, can someone please help me out? 

Is privy a good program for this? 

It’s from an investor his name is Jerry Norton he works alongside Pace Morby and has been on the bigger pockets podcast. He’s providing a lot of value with this program to newbies or other investors. It’s called the 10k club where he’s willing to buy the deals you find and pay a 10k assignment fee per contract/deal. I’m new to the game and I want to connect with other wholesalers that have some skin in the game and can mentor me.

Hello everyone I’m based out of CT and looking to lock in some wholesale deals. Looking for someone with experience willing to mentor me, give me some tips on making calls and closing. I have recently purchased a program which provides me with up to date A-B contracts, assignment contracts and option contracts. I need help learning how to assign them to investors/buyers.
