You can always pick your market and start to really understand the uniqueness of that market while you wait! Just keep in mind that your savings rate needs to exceed the appreciation of the market you want to invest in!

Hey my name is Christian and I came across this site and decided to sign up! I am currently saving for a multi family property outside of my city as many know Vancouver is insanely expensive. I am open to investing across Canada and possibly the U.S one day, any information for new investors or starting out is appreciated. Where should I start learning? I am a year to a year and a bit away from my first purchase. Thanks.
