Hi BP,

A newbish question.  Anyone has experience on rehab/remodel older homes with lead based paint?  I am curious about:

- do you just paint over it or need to strip it first?

- when selling, do you still disclose lead-based paint?

- Pros/Cons/ warning signs.

- any other tips, cautions, and helpful info

I am looking to buy $50~60k homes and surely there'll be plenty lead based paints.

thanks for helping out.

Chris

@Bryan.  What is the correct website for KKOC?  Found somethings not related to real estates. :)
