Hello @Dan Barli and @Stefano Grottoli, thank you for taking the time to comment here.  I am excited to join this community and start to build a better future financially.  Real Estate has always been a major passion of mine in all facets.  As for my goals, I am looking to continue my current plans of adding to my rental properties, but I am also extremely interested in getting into my first Flip.  

From my experience so far, a lot of what it takes to be successful in any real estate investment venture comes down to relationships and partnerships.  I am hoping to further build upon that here.

I just joined BiggerPockets and am excited to introduce myself to the group, in hopes of building new and lasting partnerships, whether they be purely friendly and/or partnership oriented. I am new to the REI world and currently own and rent one property in Morris County NJ. I have always been fascinated with real estate investing and excited to continue to build upon my current property. Are there any other NJ members active in in this forum.
