Thanks, everyone,

I definitely did not plan on doing anything. I just found it interesting how people still do it despite the laws. Thanks for the help.

Hey All!

I currently worked with a client who wanted to buy a STR but every municipality I called told me they're illegal. I still saw a ton of STR on Airbnb regardless.

Can people still get away with buying STR even if they are illegal?

Post: Cold Callers - Real Estate Sales

Good Morning!

I'm a real estate agent and I'm looking to bring on a cold caller(s) or an IDR within the year for my Residential Sales Business. I know that there are companies out there as well as independent contractors and wanted to know where to start or any suggestions.

I know that there are some cost-effective callers out there but would be willing to spend a bit more if it produced better returns.

Thanks!
