Age: 36

Background: Currently have 1 single family house rental property and am doing my own construction work to get it ready for the rental market.  I work as an Engineer in my day-job and will be looking to add properties as I gain experience managing my first rental house.

Strategy: Planning to buy and hold, then re-invest. 

Long-Term Goal: The real-estate assets continue to produce recurring income that I can access in retirement.

Look forward to learning more from the BiggerPockets forum members and the Podcasts as well.  Planning to join the local Real Estate Groups in the Green Bay area and meet additional like-minded local people as well.
