Me and my family are moving down this January to the Mebane area, and I am looking to connect with some investment mindset people. I am selling our primary and 2 rentals we have in Michigan, looking to rent for a year as we find the right house hack. Currently have 3 house flips under my belt (doing all the work). Flips are great but I really want to get into the larger rental game 4+ units.

I own a construction business and will be looking for work in January. Been at it for 5 years now, and absolutely love it, a lot of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, a few decks, and a couple compete basement finishes. I would like to find a fix and flip to throw some of this equity I will have into as we wait for this lease to end.

That is exactly how my area is right now with zero duplexes around. I have been seeing a lot of 2 unit housing in Cleveland for around 45-60 k. That is why I'm interested in the area.

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in a turnkey or a BRRR (slammer scale) in Cleveland. I am in Michigan however I do have two brothers that live in Cleveland. Does anyone have a good lead on an Agent in the area that has experience with investors? Does anyone have any advice about the areas? I have made a spread sheet of rental costs per bedroom, but which neighbor hoods are good vs bad to invest are still unknown to me. I am also wondering if there are any rental certifications you need to have to rent a property, can anyone fill me in on those if any?

I will be in Cleveland this weekend and would like to try and meet up with an Agent or an Investor on Sunday. I appreciate all the help that you guys have.
