Hey bigger pockets family. Looking to invest in Davenport area. Are there any restrictions? The homes I looked at are zoned for short term rental and located in those communities. Can I also do mid term rental in the property.  Do I need  a license.  Any realtors that specializes in that area.

So it would be better to buy a single family? The multi family homes in FL are over 800,000. 

So if I have insurance stating that the property is a rental the hoa can't change their mind?
