If you are in a location that doesn't yet have one you can always host one as well!

 I will definitely check that out. I currently live in Seattle, and I'm in Los Angeles, which are two big markets, so there has to be a couple meet ups. 🤔

    Hello all!

    My name is Chris p. I found the forums through the BP podcast andYouTube. I have a background in sales, and got hooked on real estate while looking for a reason to not work so hard at the car dealership I was work with. Like evryone else after reading rich dad poor dad, and 4 hour work week I knew there was a better world out there. Whole I have made a job transition some 3 years ago, I still am stagnant on my first deal. Since then I have stabilized my income, and stress levels, and finally ready to jump in. 

    Brandon and David talk very highly of everyone here, so I am very much looking forward to talking, eventually meeting, and hopefully having the change to do a deal together some day.
