Thank you,she tried the HELOC,her house is paid in full.I know she has credit issues but I thought the house alone would enable her to be able to borrow against it.

Hi everyone,my name is Chris,my question is how do you draw equity from your home.Im asking because my mom owns a home worth $230,000 and tried to get $50,000 loan and was turned down twice.Is there any way she can draw the equity out?
