Hi I'm new to real estate, me and my wife are planning on buying a house in big bear to airbnb. Would really like to hear about the pros and cons of this from someone that has done it, We were looking in the sugarloaf area, the houses seem affordable and that's usually where we stay when we go up there. What's the downside of it?

Hi, me and my wife are also planning on buying a house in big bear for an Airbnb vacation rental. I've contacted a property management company in sugarloaf about their prices and info but it's been a week and I've not gotten their email yet. Would love to hear more about your cohosting operation

Me and my wife are looking at a few properties in San Diego county where we live that are up for tax deed auction. Does anyone actually have experience with buying tax deeds sales San Diego? Is it for real? Or just a waste of time?
