Let's assume that zoning is OK, what do I do next?  Does anyone know of a builder in NC or SC who can help with a project like this?

I have a small piece of land in Fort Mill SC, and am thinking about building a duplex or triplex on it. Can someone recommend where to get started, especially which builders can do this type of work?
