 I am also in the same situation as yourself. I've spent the entirety of my enlistment overseas in Japan and Italy so I'm somewhat at a loss when it comes to understanding the American housing market. When talking about working in real estate,what types of work would you suggest for those of us just starting out in this business?

I"m new to real estate investing and am looking to get my feet wet in this area. I have been doing some reading and I came upon the Idea of using syndication to purchase real estate. I also have heard of a another specific form of syndication called a real estate limited partnership. does anyone have experience using either of these vehicles and if so would you say they are beneficial to investors?

I would like to get into house flipping and then possibly move on to some rental property  after I have a enough capital. but I'm really brand new to all that is real estate so I'm just looking to learn as much as I possibly can.
