Hello all. I am new to investing. I would like to get others thoughts on lining up finances to purchase a home with no $ or very little. As I start looking for deals, my thought would be to line up my finance so I can quickly make an offer. Any thoughts would be great?

Hello all.  I used to live in the Killeen/Belton area and likely moving back next Spring.  Trying to find a GREAT deal to rehab, live in, and rent 2-3 years later.  Just rented my first home and want to get into real estate investing.  Any ideas of where to start?
