Is this even legal, faking a reason for person address?

Hi Tanner, I am in the same boat as you. I want to find my first multi-family property soon. In the next few months, I will be joining Joyner Commercial and will be focusing on investment grade properties and office market. There is a meetup called Richmond Multifamily Investors I go quite often ( haven't been recently because of school) and its a great group of people who like MF.

Hi max,

Welcome to BP, what type of multi-family investing are you looking to do?

I am interested in this as well, I will be getting a property soon and was looking into this option before.

I will be attending, this is my first event and would like to get to know people.

Thanks for the advice @Tyler Willson and @Marion Nicholson

Does anyone else have any helpful information?

More the merrier..

Hello everyone a little back story about myself, I am currently in college in Richmond VA and will be graduating in May. I will be hopefully join a CRE team in the Richmond area. I want to once I graduate get a 4plex due to the fact that it could pay for itself and give me some extra income. Also it's still considered residential and you can get better rate. what I want to know is: what are things to look out for as a first time home buyer specifically a multi Plex? what are some hurdles you may have over come while taking over from the previous owner? How do you deal with the renters in the same building as your neighbors? if improvement are needed to the property how did you go about that? Really any kind of information that would better help with the owning of a multi Plex. Also if you've had a bad experience with renters I want to hear about that. thanks to all
I will be sure to check the meet up out and will try and make it.
