Hi Stephen, sorry I'm just getting back to you, I was away. Yes, those seem like pricing I had been quoted. I ended up talking with Hall CPA out of Washington. He did a free phone consultation. They have a different system of pay, they charge a monthly fee depending on your needs. I like the system, makes sense to me. We decided that I did not need services yet. When I do I will likely go with them, i was impressed with the consult and his willingness to talk to me and have fallow up discussions before i sign on. 

excellent! I was wondering if that mattered, probably should have been my first question.  I have no problem with out of state, like you said I would not likely show up at the office with papers.

Hi All! Looking for a CPA specializing in Real Estate in the Southern NH area.

I'm new to this and trying to educate myself as much as possible before I dip my toes in. I live in southern NH, I've been in construction most of my life, the last fifteen years in heavy highway construction as a sales/estimator.

I love to restore things, houses cars boats etc.. I  have good vision and want to work for myself and create passive income so I can travel a bit. I'm thinking I want to start flipping and eventually picking up rentals. I would like to in the next 3-5 years be able to quit my job and go full time.

Not sure if I should be asking a question on my initial post. However, I have a property with good equity. I would like to sell that so I have the capital to start me venture. In September it will have been rented for three years. I feel if I want to get out of capital gains I need to sell or at least evict by then and remodel. 

Any input on my short intro would be greatly appreciated. I think this is a wonderful site and look forward to learning now, and helping others in the future.
