@Shaun Reilly, thanks for the tip on the Black Diamond club, I will look it up so I can get to the April meeting.  

@Steve Bracero, good suggestion, I am working through the beginner guide, and am trying to introduce my wife to the material as well.  

@Carol Zeroual,  my wife and I are planning to stay in the area.   She is interested in Southboro as well, but I am going to try to get her on board with House hacking as a start for us. I would love to be able to contact you for any insights you might have!

Hi there, I am currently renting a single family in Framingham, MA.  I am interested both in buying a first home for my family as well as investing in rental properties to secure our economic future.   I owned a condo back in 1995, but after divorce have been renting ever since.
