Hello,

Wondering if any investors/agents in the St Petersburg FL area can give an assessment on investing on flips/rentals in that area?  I currently live in Phoenix, which has a pretty decent market but looking into moving to St Petes.   What is the current market temp there (hot/medium, etc.)  I have read that the market is pretty stable there?
