@Chelsea Knapp I am looking around east Buffalo in the Depew, Lancaster, Elma, and Cheektowaga areas as well as some stuff near Canisius college as those are the areas that my girlfriend and I are most knowledgeable about.

Hi all, I am new to BP and am looking to begin my investing journey in the Buffalo area. I am planning to move to Buffalo in the summer of 2022, but am hoping to start investing prior to that. I am hoping to connect with some local investors since I can’t attend the monthly meet ups in person.
