@Frank A Castro

I am currently in the process of buying my first house, the original asking price was $224,000 they dropped it to $215,000 I offered $205,000 and they took it. I had the inspection done and there were some minor issues but I asked for them to take another 16k off the price. My realtor did not want to put the offer in and was trying to tell me that was way too much to ask off, they ended up meeting me in the middle at $195,000 which for the area I’m buying in was a great deal.

My realtor is young and first started in 2020 when people were offering more then asking, I think realtors are still getting used to the new market where buyers are getting better deals then they were 2yrs ago.

Hello

I’m 20yrs old and I’m looking to buy my first investment property. The property I’m looking at is a 200k multi family home I have enough to put 20% down and still have money to rehab it.

I’m not sure if now is the time to buy or if I should wait and see if the market is going to come down more. I’m just a little nervous since this would be my first one so I don’t want to buy at the wrong time.

I appreciate any feedback, thanks!
