Send by check. If they need proof its in the mail then copy the check and send the copy via email. The expenses are a write off but why bother costing you more up front cash than you need to.

Hi Ram

I joined an investing group back in Oct 2015 and am making my way through their system. My biggest challenge has been the mindset of how things work differently in the US. The thought process and way of thinking is very different as Im sure you know. Im at this everyday, looking things up, and planning on where I want to setup shop. I will be setting up our US corp in the next week as I feel I am so close to getting my first deal done. The lofty goal comes from dialogue with my coach and mentor. He asked how much of this I wanted to do? After elaborating on my situation and my commitment to doing this full time, I said Id like to do 4 or 5 deals per month. He was impressed and I think a little bit stunned, but lofty goals have never bothered me. Im looking for people to partner with and am making calls to my target areas to get my power team in order. This is something Ive always wanted to do and Im so glad I finally found some like minded people to learn from and work with.

Please feel free to keep in touch Ram. My mantra has always been that everyone else knows something that I dont, so learn from them.

While Im new to real estate I do have a long background in investing and Im a lofty goal type of person. My end game would be to own apartment blocks in all areas that I like, and to keep one unit empty so that I have somewhere to stay when I visit.
