I’ve talked to multiple agents and lenders. I have excellent credit. I have a great down payment. Ok W2 job 50k annually. And they all say the same thing…I can’t get started in investing with the money I’m making…I don’t understand how to get started… all I do is research and listen to bigger pockets… im never gonna give up… but I’m just clueless on how people are able to afford this when they talk about starting from the bottom… any tips or information is greatly appreciated… thanks

Hey guys. I'm 29, I've worked in the construction and maintenance field for over 10 years. I'm new to the world of real estate investing. I've been doing the reading, pod cast and YouTube video thing for a few months now and I definitely have a much better understanding, but I'm looking to further my knowledge on real estate investing, business, and finance. I'm more focused on buying multifamily property's. Any tips, schools or advice on where to go or how to get started would be really appreciated. Thanks!!
