Hello everybody My name is Christian and I’m a 19 year old that is interested in real estate investing and currently saving up a down payment for a fourplex in the Modesto,CA area. Also if there’s any in the surrounding areas. If there’s any investors that might know of some or can give me any pointers on what to look out for on my first rental property that would be highly appreciated

How can I start investing into real estate at 19? Besides building relationships and looking at deals
