As an update, just in case anyone was curious, I ended up just going ahead and creating the LLC in Michigan. Thank you for your comments and advice! Anyone have any good insurers to recommend for my new property-to-be?

I am closing in on my first multi-unit apartment deal.  Any recommendations out there for companies who do insurance for these kinds of properties?  I am in Michigan, buying an 8 unit apartment building, and would be grateful for any advice for who to use/who to avoid.  Thanks in advance.

I have found my first multi-unit property that I am going to make an offer on. Based on my reading and understanding I'd like to form my LLC in Wyoming. I currently live in Michigan. Who out there has created their LLC in Wyoming? Do you have recommendations for a good Registered Agent that you have used and that did a good job? Thanks in advance!
