I have $30k+ plus sweat equity to invest in a project in Southern California, Nevada, or Arizona. I'm looking for a partner with a history of successful projects to locate the property and preferably also invest capital. DM me if that sounds of interest.

I have a little bit of experience with REI but I'm looking for a partner with a history of successful investments (fixers, STRs, etc). I have about $20k and sweat equity to invest, you should be willing to invest more cash, find a deal, and direct the project while I do the grunt work. I have good credit but I'm an independent contractor and my income varies. I can live in the property if it makes sense.

I'd prefer somewhere in Los Angeles but I'm open to desert areas and elsewhere in SoCal.
