thanks everybody for the replies. yes i'm talking about foreclosure auctions. i live in washington state and wanted to try out my first auction. seems like its not so easy without full cash. I think here the highest bidder gets 48hrs time to provide funds. And it is not possible to get the loan so fast.
Im just starting out and wanted to explore the possiblities

Hi BP members,
This is my first post in this forum :) . I'm from seattle area.
Ok here is my question. I read somewhere that i cannot use preapproved loan for bidding at auction. i have about 15-20% of the total price in cash with me. the remaining would be financing.
Can i bid with the cash i have in hand and finance the remaining amount.
