I have had a great opportunity fall into my lap on account of my networking and I am looking for a private lender.  I am also interested to hear from folks who can advise the best way to finance a new build when my traditional lender can't assist.  

@Madeline Currie - I can’t seem to find a NS specific group, but I will check out if there are any Canadian groups referencing this area.  
Let me know if you want to know more about the area.  I wan willing to do the legwork if you want to work together.  

@Roy Cleeves - I am familiar with that development.  I thought it was New Valley Homes building in there.   Falmouth seems like a great place to invest with the twinning of highway 101.  

I am a relatively new real estate investor in the Annapolis Valley with 2 current rental properties.  I am looking to network with like minded folks interested in investing in Nova Scotia.  This market is really starting to take off and the population is growing quickly.   Are there any groups of real estate investors in this area?
