Hi Jerry, I'm curious how this would work. I have an LLC in WY that has an ownership interest in a CA LLC. The CA LLC will be doing business in CA and paying taxes. However, the WY LLC only has an ownership business in the CA LLC. Does the WY have to register as a Foreign entity in CA? Thoughts on how this would work? Thanks
