@David Ebbeson I have attended some local REIA groups and they have certainly been very informative. I'm trying to approach this as a new investor who happens to be a realtor, but I seem to turn people away when it comes out. Is the more experienced investor used to doing things on their own or do they think I'm fishing for a client? I could see it either way. I understand there's tact but if it's the latter, is it best if I don't bring it up at all?

I'm a newer agent in the Philadelphia area.  I want to have a strong focus on working with investors and also want to become one myself.  I've lived in Philly almost my entire life and focus mostly in Fishtown and South Philly.

I look forward to learning all I can from the people here and hope to become a contributing member.
