@Will Fraser it’s just a matter of how comfortable you are maneuvering due on sale clause. Kirkpatrick has been nice for me due to their ability as both a portfolio lender as well as conventional (of the loan gets sold its picked up by their sister bank in Tulsa who are small and easy to work with)

@Melissa Dwiggins Just as @Will Fraser said Wes at Valor is great. He will make you buy under an entity which will force a little higher rate though. So if you’d like some more optionality or just another comparison I’d also recommend checking with Kathy Frankenfield & Barbara Drake at Kirkpatrick Bank.

@Kameron Holloway I haven't done a deal with them yet, mostly just due to timing. I do keep up with them though and continue to look at their deals on a weekly basis.

@Chase Gibson Good stuff here, thanks for posting. I'm interested in looking at an Edmond deal soon and also in attempting a BRRRR. My primary house is there but my rentals are in Norman & OKC.
