Looking for commercial lease space in greater Nashville area. Madison is ideal but we are flexible. Office/warehouse. Preferably bigger warehouse then office. Anywhere between 4000-8000 sq/ft. Also must have ample parking. Anyone got anything? Thanks!

It would be a cash deal. Do people even rent out the new construction? it is an HPR.

Hey Everyone!!

 I have an investor who is looking at a property in 12 South in Nashville. Very high end, just off the heart of 12 South. The property is in the 720-800k range. 3 bdrm, 3 bath. Big study and big rec room too. and 2 car garage. Could sleep a ton. Also, for additional cost, there is a studio apt above the garage.

Prime spot, great property. Question is, how much could this rent for? Would short term or long term rental be better??

I have a Nashville investor looking to make the 1-1.5% return, whether it be from monthly lease or short term rental like AirBnB. Budget is pretty big and my client is looking for a bottom line number so anything from SR to mulit fam are options. Anyone know of the best area in town for returns regardless of the price of property. Or maybe just some suggestions? He is interested in multiple properties and is looking to make 100k+ yearly in rental income.
