Good day everyone! My name is Chris Hosier and I'm a realtor of 10 years and serve the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas. I am an executive broker and have an office in Fort Smith and Rogers. I'm a full time realtor and work with several investors throughout the year. My wife and I are looking to start our investing journey as well. We are mainly looking at SFH and small multi-family if we can find it. I've enjoyed the webinar's and podcast's that I've been able to go back and listen to and now I'm about halfway thru Brandon Turner's "Book on Rental Property Investing". I can't wait to learn more from everyone here at BP.

My first question though. I have uploaded an introduction video on my profile page which I linked from my YouTube channel but it doesn't seem to pop up or play when I hit the play button on it. Any idea why that would be?
