The goal is to not have a commute to work you hate and if you can save some money on housing it is a plus. If you move in a few years and rent both sides it will be a base hit not a home run.

I am looking to learn more about whole sale in Virginia Beach VA Hampton Roads Area. I am local to Virginia Beach. Me and the wife have one rental property currently. I am looking to us any income gained to save for another property.

I have a rental property in vb and use renters ware house it has been a great process three months in. There office is In Chesapeake if you google them.
