@Ben Parker Hi Ben, my wife and I purchased one in the Greensboro area a year ago and had success. Have been looking since and have not come cross anything decent yet. We live in the Raleigh area. If we could be any help with contractors in the Greensboro area let us know.

Best of luck and have to think outside the box in this crazy market.
