@Neal Fridrich Hi Neal. We're just starting in the Southern IL area, but I'd really like to make some contacts in central IL. Places like Springfield, Peoria, Bloomington and Champaign seem to have opportunity.

Hi everyone, 

This is my first post. My wife and I are taking the plunge on small multi-unit real estate, and we're starting in Central/Southern Illinois. While we plan to return to those areas periodically, we would most aptly be classified as out of state investors. Can anyone help suggest some property management companies from those areas?
