Thank you for posting this! It's difficult to find people focused on Salt Lake and surrounding areas here on BP. AT least for me. I'm learning from the conversation you started here and I really appreciate it. 

I'm a new investor from Midvale and working towards small multi family properties in the Midvale / Sandy and surrounding areas.

 I'm interested in eventually getting rental properties going in Nevada. Not sure about the Vegas area as I have only been there a few times. I'd be happy to connect and learn what you're up to out there.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Chris and I'm a new investor, focused on storage unit facilities. 

I'm currently learning all I can via youtube and looking for my first book to read on this topic. I'm posting here to find great people to learn from and hopefully help with their business as I continue working towards my first acquisition. 

If you're a storage unit facility investor, can you please suggest useful resources for information on this niche?
