I tried doing a fix and flip in 2017 while dev team was building the los module. But The house was so beautiful, my wife insisted we keep it. So that took me out of the game... :( it was $1.2 M 1930’s French chateau looking house 7k sq fit, on 2 acres with a 12 acre private lake in the middle of miami next to coral gables and literally on the line of south miami. So it was very a rare gem!

Almost triple in value now in today’s market.

You should try out lendingwise.com it has automated workflow rules that trigger emails, task and webhooks. It has CRM, LOS and lender marketplace too. We are working loan servicing next. :)

Lendingwise.com has doc generation handled. It comes with a library of loan docs you can use like disclosures, MLDS, 1003, term sheets, pre-approvals, promissory notes, etc... You can also create your own templates and place the merge tags of the fields you want to populate from the LOS. They even have built in E-sign for docs too. 

There really isn't many options on the market for private money lending software. Size of the market and lack of standardization is likely the reason. However, lendingwise.com offers a cloud based, turnkey platform for private lending. 

@Robert Pole  You should check out lendingwise.com It will be a gamechanger for your business. Way better than using excel. It comes with a CRM, LOS, servicing, and even a marketplace to connect with many lenders. 

@Paolo Ruggieri Lendingwise.com is a good solution for you. Its web based, and turn key for many private money loan programs like fix & flip, bridge, & rental. It lets you create your own templates and closing docs powered by Google docs, has 30+ Credit reporting vendors, payment tracking, draw management, etc... 

@Penni Zelinkoff Better late than never... You should check out lendingwise.com as they have a full back office software platform for private lenders doing bridge, fix & flip, rental loans, etc...
