Hi Andrew.

After digging into the property further, it's looking like it might have been a "pre-HUD" home. 1975. Just not 100% sure and having a hard time finding any permits issued for it.

Hey Bigger Pockets Community,

I Live in Eugene, Or. and have a non-conforming property that I need to sell. Old mfg home with an addition. Property is in great condition, newly updated but because of the mfg home not having tags or hud plates, traditional lenders are not willing to finance. Any suggestions on who might finance this long term, for a purchaser? Thanks.

I just recently joined Bigger Pockets. I am a mortgage loan officer by trade in the Eugene Or. market. I have purchased and flipped about 21 home between 2005 and 2009. My business took me another direction for a few years, and now back in the game. Just bought my first flipper since 2009. Wow, the foreclosure process, sheriff's deed, short sales....everything has really changed. I am looking to flip a few to rebuild my capital then continue purchasing to hold. Ultimately looking to move into larger projects such as multi family/apartments. Willing to connect with others in the biz to learn new techniques/business practices.
