Hey everyone, I’ve recently decided to look into real estate investing, starting out with wholesaling. A quick background on me. i served 8 years in the military, and ended up getting out due to excessive amount of time i had to spend away from my family. Family is everything and even though I have a decent paying job now, I’m not happy. I work 50+ hours a week and hardly see my wife and kids. I want to have more time with my family and give my kids the life I never had. After moving around a lot, we now live in the Enterprise/Dothan AL area. Ive been doing of researching and reading and I know the basics of how a wholesaling deal works, but still have a bunch of unanswered questions on the ins and outs. I dont want to ”get rich quick” by any means, but my goal is to build a small successful business that will allow us to achieve financial freedom within 5-10 years or so. Would anyone be willing to provide guidance/advice and or help me get me started, so i can learn the ins and outs and land my first deal? Thanks in advance! Chris.
